Carwhore
I'm going to paint above the chair rail a plum color. The chair rail and below will be white. This is the kitchen before There was a bar top area and it blocked alot of the entry way and made the dining area super cramped. So I took that shit out! The entire house on the outside was trimmed in the wrong wood. The previous owner was a "Contractor" LOL! All the facia boards and trim boards was trimmed in MDF Edited August 29, 2013 by Carwhore
Carwhore
This is a bedroom directly above the front door. It had pretty bad water damage. The window was damaged, the sill was damaged, the sheeting was damaged, lots of issues. Edited August 29, 2013 by Carwhore

The siding, sheeting, framing, everything was bad! Edited August 29, 2013 by Carwhore

bandit12
Yep, this would explain why you haven't been on much. Looking good and your little helper looks like he's having fun too. The one pic looks like he's installing your new door locks.
