Oh shit I talked to Scott at Williams, and he said there just doing half a hog. Personally never seen  a 1/2 hog roast, but if this is the same Hog Roast that was mentioned as a OR camping trip, idk, It is the same dates I think.  Hell we go thru a whole Hog with just family and close friends on the 4th of July. Or maybe there will be a hog and a half!  :camping:  :eatdrink:

October 19th at Williams camp ground in Nelsonville there will be a hog roast and night time poker run. All are invited and kids and sammich makers are welcome. Dinner will be served at 4:30 for a donation of $10 a person. This will include all you can eat sides and hog. Drinks are on you to bring whatever it is you like. Tent camping spots are available but please try and let MaxPower or myself know that you are coming down so we can reserve you a spot, RV spots can be available if you let me know very soon.. Please try and let me know if you are coming so I can let the people cooking know about how many more so we have the right amount of food for everyone.

Also on October 19th will be a night time poker run through Wayne National Forest on quads, dirtbike or anything else you want to try and get down the trails on. Not 100% positive on how the poker run works but I will try and get more details as soon as I can. I am hearing that cards will be picked up during the day then you will need to hit certain locations throughout the trails at night to get your cards punched.

Feel free to ask here or PM me if you have questions.

I too at first thought the Hog roast was free and was donated, and even seen by gump, with a following joke about horse's and gyro's for everyone! Perhaps a joke I didn't get, but was under the imprecation it was bring drinks and side dish at 1st. $10.00 donation is cheap for all you can eat, with a hog roast!Doe's anyone know if this includes the tent spot or not?

I'm not sure Williams picked the best date for this thou, since Begley's is hosting the 13th annual benefit for Athen County Children Service's on the same day. They give sign up times but no event times??? There flyer also says permits are not required. I wonder if this means even if the shut down is still in effect if we can still ride? If not this is all the wrong timing...

Camping trip was not part of this, I through out the idea that if OR wanted to do something around October this was an option. Everyone cried and complained it would be to cold and moved on to other ideas.
