I looked at a Katana 600 last weekend, and I'm supposed to look at a Kat 750 Saturday.  But I also have my eye on a VERY cheap SV650 in WV...  I'm seriously debating driving down this weekend, but it's 350 miles each way

I know a bunch of Gixxer riders who all rent gold wings for long trips because they can't ride their Gixxers that far without major back pain and numbness in butt legs and hands...

I could completely understand if the Harley riders doing this are ones with forward foot controls but that has nothing to do with the bike. It is a riding position issue. I tried a foot forward Triumph and was in agony after an hour.

 

My HD Heritage is the equivalent of riding a Lazy Boy. I would jump on that thing and ride it all day without pain.
