Scott Curtis, 52, was operating a 2003 Honda motorcycle (CBR 954) south on Ohio 314, and Parker Muntz, 25, of Columbus, was operating a 2007 Jeep Liberty north on Ohio 314, the patrol said.Muntz failed to yield to the motorcycle when turning into a private driver, according to the patrol. Curtis struck the Jeep and was ejected from the motorcycle, the patrol said.Curtis was transported to Knox Community Hospital where he died, according to the patrol. Curtis was wearing a helmet, the patrol said. He was my first line of information for technical questions and always wore full gear, even for short little test rides. Muntz, 26, of Columbus, was indicted on Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, a third-degree felony, and Driving While Intoxicated, a first-degree misdemeanor. Muntz is alleged to have been driving with marijuana in his system when he was in a crash that killed Scott L. Curtis. This case was investigated by Tpr. James King.
