I'm thinking about doing DDP Yoga, actually; my back, knees, and such are finally feeling "old" and I'm trying to improve posture and balance; lifting and stuff at the gym works but I can't seem to get motivated to do it, really actually hate lifting and I end up tweaking my shoulder when I try to push my core lifts beyond a certain point.
