Says the guy with no bikes (unless you count the Grom).

are you saying the grom and the zuma don't count?

also, i'm pretty sure i get to borrow and crash your new race bike whenever i want now.  and i don't even have to change my name to hannah.

Are you saying Nelson Ledges is in your near future?

They are no longer making V2 superbikes :dunno:  I agree that the V2 has pretty much reached it's performance limits.  Twins are very good on the road, but 4 cyl have an advantage on the track.

Any further advancements that could be applied to a V2 could also be applied to the 4 cyl.  And the 4 cyl will be capable of higher rpm.

I don't care if Ducati ceases to exist as a company. Doesn't bother me in the least.

Some people seem to thing Ducati was always just twins.  They had a V-4 (Ducati Apollo) and an I-4 (Ducati 125gp/4) back in the day, Most recent was the '07-'08 V-4 Desmosedici RR.  Neither of the older bikes made any headway but they exist.
