Would you ever buy a bike without test riding it first?

There is some truth to this. Technically before a motorcycle is ever test rode a pre delivery inspection must be done, which includes checking several torques on axles, steering components, etc. Usually takes like 15 minutes for our shop guys.

Lol Rick Roush sold me a bike with a leaking gas tank.

Bought several new ones without a test ride.  I don't want to buy a "new" bike that someone else has been test riding. I assume that sales numbers at most dealerships don't warrant them buying a demo bike of each model.  I've gone on several demo rides when the trucks came around but those rides were pretty much like sitting on the bike.
