V8 Beast
I was on here thinking about how much people talk about ricers, however most of us have had a weak moment where we did something "ricey". From the neons you never turn on, to the stickers on your car, most of us have done it. I want to see just how far people went with their rice phase. Me, I installed red neons to match my dash. Over the weekend I was going over 160mph on 270, with my cutout open. I was almost home when I heard something dragging. Come to find out the heat from the exhaust completely melted 1/3 of the tube. One more reason why muscle cars shouldnt have neons.

grease monkey
I had a saturn, I drilled holes in the muffler, installed a pink exhaust tip, (which fell off soon after) cut the shifter stick so it would be a "short throw" Installed an e-bay version of "coil over" suspension, strut tower brace, also had blue neons, the cheapest strobe lights I could find, windshield washer squirty lights, a couple of different stickers, removed the rear seat and built a base to mount a sub box, oh yeah, and to top it all off, I had the e-bay blue headlights on her. And cheap ass ricer fog lights as well, it also had glowing pedals, they were red. Basically I'm pretty sure that I win. Although I don't remember ever having the typical "ricer" attitude. Shields1181
Back in the day...I put a TYPE_S thick badge sticker on an old girlfriends car that I drove most of the time...I thought it looked cool. And YES.....it was a 98 Grand Am...not even a GT

JaSSon
At one point I had a box with 2 12" woofers mounted in it. I had a blue neon mounted above the box. You couldn't see the tube, but it emitted a cool glow. Also, at one point I had blue EL "racing pedals". They sucked, and the clutch pedal wouldn't stay on and broke the power wire. No exterior ricerness for me.
MrMeanGreen
Strobes in the headlight housings of my '94 Z28. Teal convoluted tubing in the underhood of my Formula a couple of years ago. Funny thing is, talk whatever shit, it was still faster than anyone who will open their mouth

BloodRed
Lets see on my old 97 Neon, I had clear tail lights (I still think they looked better than the stock ones) and in the interier, I had purchased an eBay orange vinal kit. It looked good on the black interier, but yeah, I know it was rice.
Guest crx34
I had Altezza's on my CRX, then came to a conculsion after being on this board... and sold them to Mike(302powered). Eventually parted out the entire CRX to all the ricer on H-T.com.
AudiOn19s
Neon's on my old ZX-7R. Angle Eyes on the 325...considering they're factory equipment on 5 series I never considered them rice, but never justified installing them on the M3. I've got a big-ass wing on the 996...but it's factory so I don't want to hear anything about it. Andy

Dr. Pomade
Alteezas on my 03 Cobra. My g/f had them installed as a suprise gift. I wasn't aware at that time that they were perceived as "ricey" or "cheap." It was a nice gift/gesture, though, and I don't fault my g/f for it.
