technically, my wife and I have an investment company together....that company holds the deed....we rent it back to ourselves. we have several other properties too. My wife's the brains, I just know there's legal and financial reasons why we have things set up as we do. we make out in the end that's all I know....but then she's a lawyer with a finance degree....I'm just a dumb sales guy
