smokin5s Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 a co-worker of mine has the 4 door GT... he is an absolutely horrible driver and beats the daylights out of his car... so far it's still doing pretty good minus the dents on it... Aaron Posted January 17, 2008 Report Share Posted January 17, 2008 You can get the 4 banger, or the GT has a 3.5L 200hp, 3.9 GTP 240hp, and 3.6L GTP 252hp. My brother has a 3.9 GTP coupe 6 speed manual. I suggest you skip the manual trans in the GTP, its a piece of crap. Horrible linkage, clutch, shifter, every part of shifting sucks. With that being said, the 3.9 and 3.6 have balls. Good for high 14s with an Auto. 4 speed auto in the 3.9 and 6 speed auto in the new 3.6. I would try to get a 3.6 6 speed auto if you can swing the money, but even the 3.5 4 speed is a good package for the price. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
