How big is your yard, and how much are you looking to rase it?

Also, how hard is it to get a dump truck between your neighbors house and yous so you can dump in the back yard?

A possible solution is a french drain if you know of any drainage tile in the area you tap into.

My wife is a bar-certified real estate attorney in Ohio and Florida. It's amazing how much she has done for her clients with just a letter of intent sent to HOA's, developers, etc... on behalf of people that were screwed by shoddy work.

There may be a statute of limitation that prevents you from hitting Dominion Homes, but I would definitely give an attorney a call. PM me if you'd like her contact information. She can review the facts and advise you what your rights are.

lmk i take care of you.

DAMN. I wish I had seen your info this time last year or made a similar post. I bought and moved 8 yards of dirt all by my lonesome last summer. Big shovel and wheel barreled the dirt and an additional 6 yrds of mulch over a 2 week period. I got almost all of it from Kurtz Bro's and they were great to work with. Brian I'd highly recommend them, but if David can do free then, well, you really can't beat that. David is it good enough quality to use in a flower bed?

I got into this thread late. But call your county engineer. Have them come out and look at it. You have a legal right not to be flooded. I have delt with this before.

Your water problem is nothing.
