Need a space in your shop....

Well I would need this for a short period maybe 3 months if that... So if you dont have alot of traffic in your shop in the winter then this is for you a little Cash money from me to you at the end of every month.

 

Me and my friends are going in on some rental space but everyone is waiting till we have money saved up befor we take the plunge.I cant wait I want to work on my car or I will go crazy. So instead of me waiting I just need somethin to hold over my addiction.

 

This is what I need.

 

A lil spot for the tool box and tools I do have.

Electricity.

Use of a lift.

Have some heat or Ill bring my own heat if need be

And keep my car there.

 

 

All I ask is for me to use your lift after work <M-f after 7> and on the weekends.

 

My car doesnt need to even stay inside during the day just roll it inside when you close up shop. If there is a fenced in area I can keep it outside and roll it in when I do need to work on it.

 

I would only have one of my cars there at a time. I have my VW and My new 1320 car.

 

If you need any refrences and or statements of approval I can provide them.

 

I am just bored sitting at my house and looking at car parts I need to wrench on my cars Im going fuckin crazy!
