craig71188
If I recall (it was about a million years ago when I started) under 18 but with a drivers license - you will need a "minor waiver" signed and notarized by both parents and you are good to go. Tripleskate
My Parents think any type of "racing" is bound to "break the car" or raise my insurance, so they would never vouch for autox.
BRG 4 AutoX
Well that really sucks. Show up anyways and get some rides and have fun. Then get some summer tires on cheap wheels if you can and make sure your car is ready to go and get ready to learn what your limits are. starkmaster03
I finally got approved to have Saturday off so I'm working on getting registered now.
Dr. Apex
If your under 18 "BOTH" your parents must sign the waiver for you to be able to run at an event. Triple, "Autocross" is not defined as racing, just ask the insurance company.

Tripleskate
Oh well, I'm only working on Friday this weekend so I'll most defs. be there. Look for my 16 second ricer on the sidelines. --Edit-- Just checked out the OVR SCCAs rules and I need authorization to even WATCH an event, or co-ride for lulz? Anyone know how stringent they are with this? Edited April 1, 2009 by Tripleskate OVR SCCA
starkmaster03
I signed up, but under the wrong class. ops.
ReddyZ06
I signed up, but under the wrong class. ops. They can straiten out the class at registration if you get to the event early. It's really not much of an issue at a T&T anyway because the times are for your use only not class wins. The only issue would be what group you ran with and again not a real issue in a T&T. Don't worry, my "zoom zoom" probably wouldn't even bust into the 16's at the drag strip I'm sure MrAutoX would be able to give the details on watching and riding... Fiji ST
They have rules for watching an event now?? Sheesh.
Dr. Apex
It's the insurance, the have(like everyone else) the SCCA by the balls. In order to ride you would have to have both parents sign off on the waiver, watching shouldn't be any issue.
Buckeye Bullitt
I know I am taking the easy way out instead of looking it up, but I am bringing a friend of mine out for the first time to the TNT. Anybody know offhand what class his stock acura RSX would be? Thanks, Matt

Anybody know offhand what class his stock acura RSX would be? Thanks, Matt Because I am lazy, and also because guessing games are fun... I would guess the rsx is an h-stock car, and the rsx-s is g-stock.

FourString
Just out of curiosity...what class will I be in? I have a 99 Civic, I/E, springs, and Falken Azenis are the only mods. MrAutoX is a hillbilly.

Dr. Apex
Adam, you'll be in "stupid class"......heehehehe. Actually your in "ST" but it doesn't matter for the drivers school as we won't use the classing. Fiji, to race you'll need to be there by 8, to watch anytime. I've been trying to find the event schedule that was posted on the OVR website last season. I can't find it on there anywhere and it would be helpful for me. coty061885
Thanks Ben, but I was looking for the time table for the event. No worries, though, cause I found it in the rules section.
