What's a decent body filler that's relatively easy to use?

Was looking at Metal 2 Metal but that shit is expensive. I don't really have much experience in body work but I'll manage just fine.

What do you guys use, and/or suggest for a beginner?

Also, why you're here, will this make a good hammer & dolly set?

edit-What's the difference between regular fillers and those labeled as lightweight? Which should be used?

Evercoat makes a good light weight filler. Dont slam it on there, you'll get frustrated fast. Put thin layers on and work them 1 at a time.

Thats a good starter set. Get it. I dont see any thin picks in it but it will get the majority of work done.

Thanks for the reply. I remember seeing evercoat when I was looking up the metal 2 metal. Will check it out now.

Oh yea, what's a thin pick lol

Thats the same body hammer/dolly set I started with. I still use it, had to buy a couple specialty hammers to complete the set.

looks like I'll grab it:)

Just exaclty what its says. The back side of the hammer goes down to a real thin "pick" style end. Makes getting into tight corners of fenders really easy. Not necessary, but comes in handy 1 out of 10 jobs.

Would this be a good choice of filler?

Can't wait for it to get nice out so I can begin. This truck is pretty rough and I'm not trying to make it into show. Just doing this for experience.
