Wow, I would think the bigger issue than whether the guy had an affair, or whether his emails(most likely sent from his public account) were leaked, would be the fact that he abandoned the office of Governor...his staff couldn't contact him in case of an emergency, and he didn't notify the Lieutenant Governor that he would be out of communication. I guarantee you he gets impeached and thrown out of office.
