Maybe a different set of rims would help too? Black highlights might help to tone it down. I guess the big thing is are you happy with it? Be your own dog and don't give a fuck what others think. And I'll 3rd the fact that with a color like that it better be fast! +1, dark tint would help, and that car NEEDS black wheels. And a factory spoiler. Maybe a "Berger" mod aka black tail light panel.
