First download utorrent from utorrent.com and then utilize mininova.org All files have a comments section that you can read prior to downloading to make sure the file is clean and solid. Sorry man, but ive been using limewire for years now and have yet to get a virus and shit. You just have to make sure the whatever your downloading isnt some 300kb .exe and your golden. Also I'd like to add aside from them and newgroups there's also ICQ servers that can be good (especially if you're looking for something more rare).
