Guest 614Streets
Took off the two 600 edelbrocks and decided to simplify things for now with a 950 Blower carb. http://www.614streets.com/rsz_florida2009_044.jpg http://www.614streets.com/rsz_florida2009_084.jpg http://www.614streets.com/rsz_florida2009_087.jpg I bought a set of these aluminum door panels for a 68-74 on ebay , I made a small trim in the corner and fit one on earlier today. The doors are fiberglass with steel posts. http://www.614streets.com/rsz_florida2009_103.jpg Edited December 13, 2009 by 614Streets

Guest 614Streets
http://c1.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/152/l_35a78fcb9750445c98c3ca00ec617dcc.jpg Things left to do is weld in a upper shock mount bar , get the caltrac bars on it , bolt on pieces like the headlight bezels , grille ,and bumpers , paint black around the lexan , bolt front wheels on it , reroute some wires , get the door lexan situation finished , put aluminum door panels on , get the dash pad back in it. Still up in the air on putting in a Covans classic instrument bezel. Last thing that will happen is tie in the nitrous systems dedicated fuel system. Its about 85% there. Booster and master went bad sitting for so long even though they were new.
Guest 614Streets
Oh yeah getting full WOT has been a priority and the pedal has been out of the car a bunch of times to be chopped rewelded , torched and bent. Over and Over again still havent got it 100% yet. Little video , picked up a polished on off switch , real nice little piece. All the wires to the front end and ignition box are scured inside the frame rail except the fan wire , which i need to re route through. Got the battery done , I had one of the universal black boxes out back but switched over to a moroso blue. When I get the bumpers back from Ken Im going to put the two quick charge terminals in it. In the video you hear it pop a couple of times out the backfire pop off in the lower intake , she was cold fired and says she want a little more timing attention and four corner touch so Ill have to get to that later. She will idle at 500 just fine , but the booster is shot and allowing a big drop in vacuum , so that needs replaced before i get into that. Its got that little circle track style power steering pump on it , I like it. Ended up go back to see Jeff at Fowlers and tossing the 4-71 top gasket with screen and getting a new one and pulling the screen. They don't make high quality gaskets for it and the screen is just machine pressed into the gasket so the bottom surface isnt perfectly flat. So I yanked the screen and picked up some aviation permatex which is fuel resistant , comes in a lil bottle , is brown in color. Pretty happy to have found that stuff. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sznFinDKtik
