SealFit.com is another one, but they're workouts are a little on the extreme side I've done them all. I'll usually mix it up and do crossfit three days a week and add a brassring in there and do a FMP or some militaryathlete. But I am going to check out sealfit right now. dover Posted January 29, 2010 Report Share Posted January 29, 2010 Absolutely not. Drunken front kicks should be done with little to no warm up at all. Drunken roundhouses and drunken scissor kicks, however, should be preceded with 20 sets of fist pumps and two Jagerbombs, which should be an effective warm up.
