alibies
My fiancee's ring that I bought from tiffany has a sn on it. They check it every time she gets it cleaned.
Kevin R.
Meh. Sell it -- but it looks fake from the pictures for some reason.
Smokey
right but if you don't get it appraised every couple years it won't be insured for enough to buy an equal stone in the current market True, I was hinting more at the fact of someone just wanting to get a check to use for something else. Clifford Automotive
That thing has no clarity in your pictures.
Fubar231
That thing has no clarity in your pictures. Thats what i was thinking, looked fuzzy. Granted im 19 and dont know shit about diamonds, but i thought they were suppobsed to be crystal clear?
oh8sti
So is it real or what? I was thinking about this... If it has a serial # and he tries to sell it isn't that a crime? Selling someone elses property sounds like it's against the law, I'm no lawyer though.

Miller
I lurked on this earlier and didn't want to break your heart. It was far too hazed in appearance to be real.

CRAWDAD
Turn it is to the police department, if no one can claim it in 30 days I think it's yours. That a pretty big rock to not notice it missing. I bet the person that lost is furious. A lotof these places that sell jewelry, give you a warrenty. You have to bring it back to them once a year so that they can clean/inspect it. If you lose your diamond out of the set, the will replace it for free!
