It appears one is not going to get any use. It has NEVER been ridden. I wheeled it on the pavement to the jeep and it's been hanging since. It fits perfect on my Liberty. Mitch Posted June 15, 2010 Report Share Posted June 15, 2010 Putty, what everyone that has posted wants to know is the frame size. It should be on a sticker on the seat tube. On that bike, the seat tube is interrupted, but it looks like the sticker is there by the bottom bracket. 26 inch is the size of the tires which is normal for a mountain bike. Different manufacturers size the frames differently, but they all usually list the frame size as the measure from the bottom bracket to the seat tube, roughly. Trouble Maker Posted June 15, 2010 Report Share Posted June 15, 2010 I refer to bikes by there wheel size. Like Mitch said, a vast majority of Mountain Bikes are "26' Bikes" meaning the wheel size. Past that they scale the bike frame for how tall the person is. I did this and I am thinking i'm getting 19". Could be 17.5", not sure where I am measuring to from top of post. Pretty sure it's 17.5 though.
