Just got back from Indian Lake...

...and it was interesting. Shit all over the shoreline (buildings, houses, docks, etc) unlike other water in the area. It was kind of fun to have different places to cruise around in, but the place was dumpier than I anticipated LOL.

 

I think I want to move to Tennessee.

It took me under 15 minutes in that shit hole of a lake to destroy my prop to the point I could barely go over idle.

 

First and last time I will ever go there. We did sneak into the Moose lodge and drank some cheap beer there.

Supposed to be some decent fishing there, however, the fuckin thing is so shallow it's ridiculous.

Two places I don't bother to take my boat: Indian Lake and Buckeye Lake. I've heard the horror stories...

just north of the boardwalk on put-in-bay theres a rock wall that extends out into the water, about 2 ft below the surface. we hit it. plus, its only about 3' deep if you try to exit the bay going to the north west. bad news. luckily we were only idling when we hit it, but still scary as fuck seeing rocks below your boat.

I have been going to Indian Lake for years. If you know the lake it is not bad at all and have never tore up any boat parts. The only time I stay off the water is holiday weekends but I will go up to party. The parties are close to put in bay style every weekend there.
