Tonight

Sweet Tea Fried Chicken With Mashed potatos and corn..

 

What is sweet tea fried chicken?

well i marinated it Sweet tea for 3 days then fried...its the most unique chicken ive ever had.. and pretty darn good.. if i would have made a better breading it would have been the best ever..

Tonight

Crayfish Alfredo W/ broccoli

Just left 2 full crayfish in.. and got the meat out of the tails of about 20 others

Brazed Pineapple

 

Please detail the preparation method.

 

 

BRAZED: soldered (two pieces of metal) together using a hard solder with a high melting point.

 

BRAISED: is cooked with "moist heat", typically in a covered pot with a small amount of liquid. From the French "braiser".

tim - my parents make some home made mustard thats a little sweet and a little hot...the only thing i really like it on is corned beef...gave some to my old boss and he ate it on shark and liked it, a lot of my family likes it on brats...if you want to stop over after leaving the office one day, i'll hook you up with a bit of it...im just around the corner from your work at morse/sunbury

Sounds Good! My wife does make a mustard glaze that's semi sweet that she puts on the corned beef just before it's served.

 

Just so you know, I'm not at the Easton Office. I work out of the lab off Alum Creek. I wish I was at Easton :o
