TTQ B4U
The sandy bridge stuff runs so cool there is just no point. Mine hardly hits over 100* F. on the stock cooler. ^^ This. I'm not running SB but rather a new i7 950 but today, I have her overclocked to 3.68GHz which is up there with the 975 and she's not only blazing through everything and I have yet to pass 110*F and I'm pushing her good for what I will use the rig for. Converting 200 Plus RAW images to 16bit Tiffs CS5 Processing images Ripping a Movie right now too Surfing CR Backing up over 1TB worth of Archived Images (going all morning) Fans have yet to even really kick in at all. It's like it I'm not even pushing it at all really. I see no reason for it but then I'm not a gamer at all. Yet
