adamgh81
Yes, I won a 2010 Yamaha 1100 VX Deluxe! Now I know it's not the best pwc out there, but it was free, other than tax and all the other bs. Anyway, here's my cheesy ass on it right after I won...(no the beer and girls didn't come with it) http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a362/adamgh81/photo.jpg And a pic inside the garage. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a362/adamgh81/photo-3.jpg Tow vehicle and new toy. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a362/adamgh81/photo-1.jpg My wife thinks the garage is getting a little full of toys, I think not. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a362/adamgh81/photo-2.jpg I've been around boats and pwc for years now, but have never owned my own, and have never boated around Columbus. Any suggestions on the best places around here to take her out for a quick spin?
wnaplay1647545503
Congrats, how did you win it?
adamgh81
Congrats, how did you win it? QFM96 and Superior Beverage had a drawing at some Giant Eagle locations around Columbus this summer. You had to be one of the 96 people to qualify and show up at a later date for the final drawing. It's still a little surreal as I have yet to take her out on the water.

ImUrOBGYN
That's freakin awesome, man. I've never won anything that expensive before though I did buy a brand new Yamaha scooter for $200 that had been driven 2 blocks from the old lady's house who won it in a raffle. haha

Tax, title and fees were just under $600. Then registration for the trailer and ski as normal. I hear I must document it on my 2011 federal taxes as an income?! I've heard good things about Alum and I was thinking of taking it down to Cesars Creek as well since that's on the way to family. Anywhere else you suggest? Ohio river is a blast and there is a River in Dayton that is about 5 miles long I would like to ride on. I wish there were Rivers around Columbus to ride on. There is also delaware lake I might try this weekend.
