So this what i started out with, just the factory finish on it, nothing special.

I then started out sanding it down with 500 grit since i had the sealer on it.

Then went to a 600 grit and 1500 grit then 2000 grit and came out with this

I am still trying to decide if i want to sand it again with the 2000 grit and then seal it or just seal it now. I am looking for a nice reflective surface. Notice how the light has gotten clearer in the last picture.

Any input?

also i did some planting and mulching out front. Nothing special just enough to make it a little nicer than old junipers and unlevel beds

took out a bunch of weeds and grass and rock brought in 5cy of soil and it still isnt quite enough but good enough for now.

Ok since we're talking house - know anything that'll clean mold off vinyl siding easy?

I've used the commercial RV/Siding Cleaners. It's pricey but it works. Thankfully only one side of our house needs it. I use it in combination with a power washer and it worked like a charm. My side that gets it faces our deck, so I would suggest just verifying it's safe for landscaping. Otherwise have you tried just simply a power washer?
