I used to eat cashews more frequently, then i started branching out to walnuts, and now I am trying pistachios. Basically they are a healthy addition to my diet, so I welcome them. I have a peanut alergy so i cannot eat those guys.

Around this time of year (fall harvest), I will get a big bag each of walnuts, almonds and brazil nuts to snack on into the wintertime.

 

I quit smoking (regularly) in college by eating sunflower seeds while driving on long roadtrips. Definitely a good oral fixation trick to get your mind of cigarettes...

They have these roasted nuts with various flavors are are simply amazing yo.

Cashews, Walnuts, Pecans and Hazelnuts are my favorites. I also like almonds, but they have to be prepared the right way, sometimes I have them and they taste like balls. Macadamias are good too.
