I used to eat cashews more frequently, then i started branching out to walnuts, and now I am trying pistachios. Basically they are a healthy addition to my diet, so I welcome them. I quit smoking (regularly) in college by eating sunflower seeds while driving on long roadtrips. Definitely a good oral fixation trick to get your mind of cigarettes... I also like almonds, but they have to be prepared the right way, sometimes I have them and they taste like balls. Macadamias are good too.
