My parents are downsizing and moving to Delaware from their house in the country. They are parting with a lot of their belongings as they are moving to a smaller house. This is the first of many things I'll put up for sale.

The plow was originally purchased for $400 4-5 years ago. It was used for 2 winters before it went to storage due to switching to a zero turn mower (possibly for sale as well!) It has been stored in their spare garage space since with the tire chains. It is in good to great condition and has no damage. The plow mounts to the lever that lowers the cutting deck. The only thing you may need is the mount for the lever. My father's setup didn't require the mount.

I can get more information including the model number if requested.

Asking price $210 OBO

it is a 44" Front Blade John Deere Plow with the serial number M09560X010332

Link to John Deere Plow on John Deere's website

Link leads to the most current model, but it doesn't look like it has changed since this one was purchased.

I'm pretty sure that it fits most of John Deere's consumer class riding mowers. It may require adaptors to fit exactly. I am willing to bring it to someone (depending on distance) to make sure it fits if anyone is serious about buying it. I'll also check with a John Deere Dealer to see if it will fit- Just post your Mower Model.

The tire chains are harder to put on than the plow and may need a few extra links if you have larger tires. (Its been a while, but there may be more links in the bag. Replacement link from a home improvement store could be used to extend them a bit.)

What I really need is an air compressor, but I'd be glad to hear about anything you would trade. If you want to take a look at it- let me know. I can also measurements if you are curious about how you could make it fit.

(I live in the Westerville area.)
