I have needed one of these for a long time, after my battery backup died and we got the new house I cringe every time the lights dim when the ac or heat comes on or there is a storm. I have around 10k or so in my equipment so this is a cheap insurance that will not only protect your equipment, but also provide a lifetime warranty on the product and $500k of protection. Oh and it should provide a consistent clear picture and audio feed.
