Ackbar00
I got a "chunk" of cash burning a hole in my pocket and cant make up my mind on what to get. Really like that MKA 1919 shotgun. http://centerfiresystems.com/mka-1919.aspx Been considering the M10-762 http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/411546098 Maybe an M&P 15 http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/763_977/products_id/53496/S%26W+M%26P+15OR+.223+Carbine+16%22 Hell, maybe even an FS2000 http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/36_582/products_id/72745/FN+3830000100+FS2000+TAC+223+OD10R DYING to get this, just don't know if I want to spend the money http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=276105606 Maybe some tricked out Rem 700. What others think? Anyone got something pressing they want to sell?
Drewhop
I think the MKA is freakin awesome. But there are other shotguns that may do that better.
Radio Flyer1647545514
AR Build in .308 or an M1A.
stangsn95gt
How much are you actually looking to spend because you can buy the first three guns you posted for the price of that FN
Ackbar00
$2000 or less. Right now my current thoughts are the MKA "and" the M10. Figure after I get some ammo and what not, id have about that much in them. Id love to get a M1A, just too much of a cheap ass to buy the .308 (Big reason I got rid of my G3 for the PSL). Id love the AR and the MKA, just dont think I could swing both.
jjjxlr8
How about an Armalite AR180? This is a neat gun designed by Eugene Stoner back in the good old days of Armalite. It's piston driven, has a folding stock, ambidextrous safety lever, has a unique quick release scope mount design, it's light weight, reliable, and very collectible. Only around 12000 of these produced. Chambered for the 5.56x45 NATO (.223) round. I might be interested in partial trades, too, like a Russian 1pn34.... http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k239/jjjxlr8/Firearms/AR180/IMG_2303.jpg

jjjxlr8
How much modularity and spare part are made for these though Yeah, it's really not that type of firearm. More of a collector piece these days not something you'd take into battle. You can buy a quick release picatinny mount that will accept any type of sight or optic but that's about it. There are a few replacement parts (charging handles, firing pins, etc.) available.
Ackbar00
Right now, I am looking at this: Option #1 - The MKA and the M10-762 Option #2 - The MKA and the M&P AR (Maybe a palmetto state armory) Option #3- A Socom M1A Anyone have any insight inbetween the Palo and the M&P 15? Is the M&P worth the extra money? The Socom is really a dream gun of mine, even if I am a cheap ass when it come to ammo. Id just be afraid to get it and never shoot it because I am a big bleading vagina.
Guest Hal
I've never handled anything from Palmetto, so I can't help you there. I was impressed with the quality of my M&P15T. Everything fit the way it was supposed to and I had no malfunctions in who knows how many rounds. However, in my opinion, if you want an off the shelf AR go with Daniel Defense. I've been very impressed with their stuff.
unfunnyryan
even if I am a cheap ass when it come to ammo Sounds like you need a Thureon Defense 9mm Carbine with a SSAR stock http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vcNajSEwmx8&list=UUvB3solmhqtgDeLpD-yTtfg&index=7&feature=plcp Go to 4:00 to see the rate of fire it can do. Tractor
I have the M&P 15 sport version. Works very well and from the specs most things are mil spec and all that stuff the gurus care about. Lots of fun to shoot and no malfunctions for me shooting +1000rds of the russian ammo from walmart.
Hahn
seems like your paying for the looks with the shotty, the FN is way overpriced and looks ridiculous IMO, and the 1911 looks goofy that long. deff would go with the M&P15. theres so much you can do with an AR. two cents in. Guest Hal
I like the Eotechs, but it's personal opinion. I don't think you could go wrong with an Eotech or Aimpoint.
