Looking to buy a car..what would you get?

Here is my want list- turbo, awd, bluetooth and a sedan would be nice (I have 2 kids)

 

I would like something newer and I have around 20k to spend. Let's hear your recommendations.

 

I've had an 06 Sti and it didn't end well.- so that will probably be a no on those, but anything else.

Sounds like a used Audi a4 to me... Turbo, awd, not sure of bluetooth. is a sedan..

I actually just had a B7 A4 and loved it. So that might be an option. I of course would love an RS4 but a little pricey and I'm not sure about the maintenance on one of those.

Can't Bluetooth be added aftermarket? I wouldn't even worry about that really.

My list was similar when I was car shopping. So far I have been happy with my choice of a Legacy GT.

I hit a deer with it. It did the typical right rear went light when trying to brake hard. This also happened to a friend's wrx. I'm actually currently driving a legacy wagon.

For $20k you can get a really nice one of these. I test drove an '07 listed at $22k and loved it but it was a little out of my price range for a car or I would have picked it up. Anyways, they made them from 04-07. In 04-05 the automatic transmissions sucked but if you're looking for a 6mt they're all about the same. Start looking here:
