gbracing81 Posted September 26, 2012 Report Share Posted September 26, 2012 i dont think ive spent 500 dollars total in maintinance costs in my firebird. the entire time ive owned that car, ive put 3 sets of brake pads on it, new bearings in the rearend 2 times and oil changes (I'm on my 3rd engine so I don't change my oil very often because I put new oil in when I change the engine ). it did also get a tranny flush, but dad worked at a GM dealership at the time, so that was free lol. tires dont stay on the car long enough to be rotated...
