Can you shoot steel ammo anywhere?

Cocksuckers won't allow steel 5.56 or 7.62 anywhere. During this ammo strike I piled up on what I could get...mainly steel. Now I wanna bust some and can't!

Wait, are these steel-core, or steel-case, or both? I just assumed indoor ranges didn't want to seperate the steel casings from the brass.

Steel core ammo is what indoor ranges don't want you to shoot.

I always thought it was the whole "steel doesn't expand to keep the gas and powder in" routine that stopped you from shooting it indoors?
