I'm looking to get a bike from a dealer to start riding on but they seem to need full endorsement for me to test anything out (and with understanding of course). I'm wondering if I would need to be fully endorsed to buy/insure the bike? Certainly I could buy one and drive it off the lot with temps?? Sorry I haven't been in the 2 wheel loop in awhile...any and all help would be appreciated. I'm gonna take the BRC again soon, but the next one I'm able to go to isn't until late July..and I'd prefer to get on and start riding now. I realize a private party sell might be the way to go. But there's some really nice incentives right now to buy from a dealer and I can get a killer APR. Thanks for any and all advice/help/guidance.
