John Posted April 19, 2009 Report Share Posted April 19, 2009 ok from what i have gathered:you need the sticker to ride state land, and to get the sticker you need a title. dirtbikes didnt have titles in ohio prior to 1999 or so. is that all correct?so if one has an older bike how does one go about getting a sticker/title? 420gsxr1000 Posted August 12, 2009 Report Share Posted August 12, 2009 I know it's an old thread but...For older untitled bikes you need to take a bill of sale and have the bmv issue an off-road title before you can get your stickeri bought a 2002 rm250 with only a bill of sale....what a huge mess!!!!! had to find all the previous owners to find the title to get a sticker, and NO they wouldnt let me do a "lost" title ....5 ppl it went thru!!!! damnit!!! lol.....but yea the cut off is 1999.....
