TTQ B4U Posted September 27, 2014 Report Share Posted September 27, 2014 Wife bought me a pretty sweet day of fun back in the spring and I'm glad I waited until today to do this. Weather was spectacular. Headed out to the Columbus Motor Speedway for 36 laps behind the wheel of number 7. There were all levels of drivers and some folks doing just ride alongs and others doing just 10 lap sprints. Happy to say only one driver over took me during the 36 laps....outside two of the trainers who joined in near the end to showed the handful of us that had 20+ lap packages how it's done and have us follow their lead. Was a lot of fun. About 45 minutes of instruction and insight from a guy that looked like Richard Petty and played the part well. Four laps of instruction with a driver and then on to some real fun behind the wheel. I wish I was able to do this at some of their other venues and much larger tracks, but I still highly recommend it if you're looking for some fun.
