We actually didnt have to look very long before finding a house that met almost everything we wanted. Was just the perfect place. We ended up finding a nice house in lewis center, 1/2 mile from the alum creek marina. (JACKPOT!) Its in olentangy school district, which a good school was a must for the little one. 4 bed room, 3.5 baths, fully finished basement with another 1/2 bath down there. Super excited cant wait to have some BBQ's/bonfire out on the patio! Not looking to rent, looking to sell asap ( just bought a house lol) i will have to check for sure but its between 1200-1600sqft 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths, 3 story(bedrooms up stairs, kitchen living room middle, "basement" is half above ground thats a full living space), 2 car garage and patio between the house and garage. I will actually be up there more often now. We will still have the jet ski+ in the water all year, and since its a bike ride away i will be out more often to take a quick ride. No big boy boat, will get a pontoon to cruise on though. Congrats Paul. Nice work. Place look very comfortable. thanks man, still have that filter if you need it good sir. Congrats kind of neighbor!
