There’s a new business model being launch.

 

You’ll pay a monthly fee to be a member. As a member you’ll pay $75 per visit to the dealership and you’ll only allowed to go three time per year (as of now a regular visit, oil change, is $64).

You may ask why would I need to be a member, members get the benefit of when something major happen to your vehicle you’ll get a discounted rate.

As someone who owns German cars and refuses to let their cars go more than 5K miles without an oil change, I take issue with the only allowed to go 3 times a year.

Why do I need to pay $400 a month for insurance. And every time I go to my doctor I have to pay $75. When I can just forget about insurance and pay $64 per visit.

I'd think anyone willing to pony up for this may as well just buy an extended warranty instead and have the major repairs fully covered

If you have the IQ of an average Alabama or Kentucky native this terrible "group benefit" would sound great.

 

Anything like this isn't to save anyone money, it's to make someone else money. If someone is gonna try to scam people like this at least do it on a platform that isn't dedicated to car enthusiasts who know better.
