btw, is it a clear title? and be aware that a "fuel pump" problem could mean anything in the fuel system. Or that it basically won't start. But overall, it's worth messing around with for that small bit of cash.

Yepp clear Ohio title. Someone suggested earlier to take a charged battery and some starter fluid with me when I go over there to discuss it further...
