You are the only Joke here mang. You know what you did. My bike was stolen 4/18 after jonni called me time after time then started texting me. You two were at my house wanting me to come outside. Well, I wasnt home as I told her.... hmmm. Perfect opportunity to break in.

When you came to my house back in march, and hid in my back yard as I was giving Jonni her dishes, I never even opened my garage. Hell, I never even opened my house to YOU. I told her she could come get her dishes and toaster oven. Thats all that was hers. While you were in my house un welcomed, you started walking around and would not leave. Then you started drooling over my CR85R.

I have multiple friends that were at my house since when you walked into my back door in march, up until 4/17 who have seen my xr100 sitting in my garage. Couple people even rode it.

Also, my neighbor talked to you and Jonni 4/18 and said she is more than willing to help out in this situation. So why would you be at my house 4/18 ? Oh yea, cuz you were stealing my bike.

I was at Kevins house a couple days after the initial break in and the XR100 was still in the garage. Sorry Todd, your story doesnt wash.

Thank you oh powerful max. You are one of the Many I was referring to. As I have been saying... ALL LIES! I can promise you peoples everything he has said has been tainted in some way. Such bullshit. I love the bogus details he is adding into the stories too. Ridiculous.

I have the title in my name. I just never registered it. It is a PA title

I see.

As an outsider, it seems the "truth" is probably laying somewhere in the middle of this mess. Jilted lovers, a love triangle, and the openness of an interweb forum have made this thing ridiculous.

Kev, I know you and you're friends with many on here, but you've made your point. People that believe you won't trust Grundish anymore. To continue this rampage however only serves to make you look like a quibbling a-hole. A shitty situation is one thing, but if you don't have enough evidence to get this guy charged with a crime, your rants lose credibility the longer you go on.

Yota, you have the title to a bike he sold. Do like I said, eat a snickers and file a fucking police report with the screen captures you have, the title, and written statement from max, etc. Quit this bitching, because its not helping your case. Just go the legal route, cause it sounds like you have a rock solid case and someone else has received stolen property

I disagree. Pull your phone records too Kevin. Show the multiple calls and texts harassing you, and when you told your ex that you weren't home. Provide a written statement explaining you didn't file the report right away because you thought the matter could be settled between you and your ex to get your property back. When you found out it was sold, you decided to write the report. I have no problem with writing all this out, because its exactly what happened. I just wanted to coach a little

This was an awesome read. I'm still on the fence between the half-truths and lies of omission, but I don't understand why you two don't just save all the hassle and skip right to the "biggest dick" contest and settle it.

...back to the regularly scheduled programming....

I did file a report originally. I just didnt report it to my insurance company considering what happened the week prior :(

Make the PD's job easy. Give them all of those things I said... The police are limited in what they can do, so you need to do it for them. I'll talk to my brother and see if there is anything else you can do to help them out

;)Serouisly,I think people should hear both sides of this story FROM WHOM THE BIKE SOOO CALLED BELONGS TO/Jonnie or Kevin. before assuming who is at fault and who is to blame.I know if I had my bike stolen a police report would be filed asap.

I know both sides and still think Todds a tool bag... always have. And wouldn't put it past him to do something like this, nor past his ex... I know all parties verry well, maybe bias but fuck it. Todds a dick.

The story doesn't matter. The paper work does. So what if you can't prove he stole it. From what it says here, the person with the title in their name doesn't have the bike. Plain and simple, its his. Doesn't even matter who paid for it, if the title is in his name, he owns it

I've made this clear to both parties via telephone conversations, and I'll make this clear here incase there is any doubt:

There will be ZERO interaction between anyone involved in this situation at Roll On Columbus. If there is ANY drama, police officers will escort those involved off the premises. This is a family friendly event raising money for Children's Hospital. Settle your business elsewhere.

Hmmm. Let me guess... Melvin? Hi.

Dude, bottom line. He broke the law stealing from me. All I want is justice. Him being a thief makes him scum.

Point #1. Todd has admitted the bike was in his possession, and that he "assisted" his woman in selling it on CL.

Point #2. The bike was removed from a locked garage without owner of the garages permission. This is a criminal action regardless of who the bike is titled to.

If the bike was titled to his woman as Todd said, then she should have involved police to help her get possession of the bike.

If the bike was titled to Kevin, then it is now B&E + Theft. If not, it's still B&E.
