I know that Michigan communicates with the Ohio BMV. So do their points. ;)

Michigan is NOT a violator compact state - violations / suspensions do not show up on your Ohio drivers license (and vice versa NRVC states stuff does not show up on a compact states stuff).

States that are also not NRVC states are:

Wisconsin, California, Montana, Oregon, Alaska.

Check this out, pay the fine by check, except, add another $5.00 to the amount.

The clerk will send You a check for $5.00 back.

NOW, NEVER CASH THE CHECK, AND THE CLERK CAN NEVER SEND IN THE INFRACTION TO THE OBMV IN COLUMBUS>BELEIVE ME< IT WORKS!!!!!

NO POINTS!!!!!

Keep the back rubber down, & have a safe Day!!

HaHa the old account is unsettled trick. Yeah its crap. Check your drivers abstract I bet it's on there.

No MI speeding ticket on mine from 5 months ago. Also why is your drivers abstract only two years?

I have no answer why yours is and mine isn't. If I'm wrong I apologize, I have no problem admitting I'm wrong but here is the list of states from AAMVA.

Maybe its up to the specific court if they send it to the Ohio BMV -Who knows.
