Like new condition. I remember buying them in MI last year because I needed something for the next day and they were the last pair. I I do wish they were a tad bit longer in the leg. Normally, I would wear a 36ish waist (and these fit a 36 just fine). I'm 5'11" and usually look for a 34 inseam. If I was an inch shorter, they would be perfect.
