Ohio Mile

Wanted to setup a thread to try and get an idea of who will be attending the events and who will be racing.

The dates are:

April 28-29 Hot Rod Magazine Top Speed Challenge

June 2-3 (Sponsor to be announced)

July 7-8 (Sponsor to be announced)

Sept 29-30 Throttle Nation Top Speed Challenge

**cars and bikes compete at all events

$200.00 per vehicle per event to run

$10 per day or $15 for weekend to watch

The site is here http://www.ecta-lsr.com/ in case you haven't looked at also note they cap the registration at 175 so if you want to compete register early.

Sending in for my annual membership soon, still have work to do to get the bike ready but I plan to run at least one of these events.....maybe multiple events depending how I do:D

Is this race a maxton mile run since they are not racing at maxton NC. They open it up in ohio

What is in Marion?

Marion County International Raceway (MCIR), a 1/4 mile drag strip, just South of La Rue, OH.

Texas mile next event is end of March.

Maxton is no more as of this year.

Unless you know something that hasn't been announced yet.

Attended texas mile the last two years in march .. we usally go for the supra meet and stay for the mile. Since we have the ohio mile ..no need for texas.
