I looked on the dayton craigslist not much there. I have not checked out the cinci one yet.

speedytriple
Then I would say check it out. People rag on katanas but it would be loads better then the ltd 454 for sport riding. Yeah they are a little goofy looking but they are reliable bikes. Just stay away from the coshocton ride they seem to crash a lot of katanas there? Here is another one that looks pretty good. http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/mcy/2889560212.html
blue03636
The FZR is a way better ride than the katana IMO. Not really sure what all your looking to do with the bike. I'm just not a katana fan. They are heavy, air cooled, under powered and never really looked good.
speedytriple
Yeah the fzr was a better bike then the kat was, they also handle way better and were a little quicker. But the guy with the kat is looking to trade for a cruiser. think that is what the OP is looking to do?
TheBrown57
I honestly don't know my self I've had a cruiser for about 2 years, with some time in between bikes, and I find myself trying to lean and take curves fast. I need something with adequate power to carry a 5'10" 270lb me (hopefully dropping weight soon as I'm working on it now 230 is the goal) be relatively reliable and just overall fun to ride I have all the gear for a sport bike without the sport bike lol I have someone interested in buying my 454 and if that works and I get $1500 (current asking price) I'll look at just getting a loan and making a down payment with the 454 money.I find my self drawn to any bike with a ZX on it thought Edited March 16, 2012 by TheBrown57
