He was taken to the Butler County Juvenile Detention Center. Hensley's parents, Larry Hensley and Joni Hensley, have both been charged with Wrongful Entrustment of a Motor Vehicle."Sounds like the prosecution has a slam dunk case to me. He should be tried as an adult IMO, he's young....yes. But he's old enough to know better since he obviously can't even keep his license.
