Wish it was more automated process that you could select to blur things instead of having to do it all frame by frame and making sure it all matches up. In Sony Vegas you can create a layer mask similar in photoshop, that will allow you to selectively blur a portion of an image. Then you use keyframes to approximate where you want the blur to occur if the object you're blurring moves.
