Found them when I was poking around on ebay... They have a legit site but I can't find ANY reviews on their products... I'm not getting it, just thought I'd get your reactions.

world-wear is headquartered in an apartment building in Brooklyn.

cheap crap drop-shipped from China would be my guess.

from the 'about us' section, Engrish not be our first language:

I don't have a guy, so I'll provide my own opinion.

You would be better off buying an AGVsport "forza" suit for $280 or so. For the price, they are very good intro-level suits. Much higher quality than a no-name suit made in china.

Or go with a used name-brand suit, but the AGVsports are odor-free and have never been down...

Odor free... Hahaha...

They looked like it would be cheap and no reviews were a big indicator but wanted to check ya'lls oppinion.

hmmm, I'm seeing Delaware based importer with connections to Chinese and Pakistani startup companies that do leather. Might be linked to an investor in Texas.

My experience with Chinese leather is that it is thinner, and not as strong.

On the other hand, I've got some really nice Chinese leather riding gloves for Winter.

Check out the zero-60 stuff at Iron Pony.

Apparently they're made by Fieldsheer, which is encouraging. I wouldn't expect it to withstand consistent crashing the way a race-quality suit should, but if my experience with Fieldsheer is ANY indication, their stuff will do well as every day street gear.

If I actually had a street bike, I'd seriously consider picking up a 2-piece suit from them.

I was down there the other day and checked out these zero-60 suits. They feel very thick and touch. They have all the appropriate padding and protection in all the right spots. Most of the seams seemed to be triple stitched and had flex panels in the arm pits groin and knees. I dont recall any place for knee sliders but I wouldnt be amazed if a velcro patch was there for them. Im considering getting a red suit come late winter.

Same registrant and contact info as javelinsurgical.com, which is another ESL (Engrish as a Second Language) site.

I'll repeat: cheap crap from East/Southeast Asia is my guess.

If the fellas here say 'go with AGV' then I'd listen to them.

So what's that say if a leather suit mfg can't get ANY feedback, good or bad? Disclaimer likely reads as follows...

"Congratulations! You've just funded my son's education by purchasing one of our substandardly inferior, imitation camellama-goatass, psuedo-simulated riding suit-like products! It will be shipped farm direct to your door within one animals life cycle from date ordered, and guaranteed to be of pure, quality-free, construction. Your friends and family will enjoy the hilarity of your asscrack pleasantly air drying from the authentic, hand torn vents, that are abundantly placed throughout the rear of the suit to keep you cool on those hot summer rides. Forward ventilation is achieved by simply leaving the suit's front unzipped so as to expose your burly haired, bare chest and gold herringbone "stack" for all to faint in awe while wearing this awesome 1 piece, almost-counts-as-leather, unsafety device."
