JackFlash Posted December 5, 2012 Report Share Posted December 5, 2012 (edited) I always thought one of the best ways to get revenge on someone was to give their kids something that makes lots of noise.I once lived in an apartment building with three floors and a concrete walkway the length of the building for entry to each unit. People would turn their kids loose on their "big wheels" and nothing but the sound of plastic wheels running up and down the walkway could be heard all day long and often late into the evening.
