Not a single fuck was given when he came under me. Clean pass don't get me wrong I had zero issue with it, in fact I was impressed. I knew he was back there but I didn't think he had room or would even go for it and by god he did. I did a quick check over my right as I put my left knee out to see if he was wide enough for me to come out of the corner boom he came under on the left like a boss. A really little boss but still a boss2 points

Every state is different, he needs to ask the WV BMV. I beleive for intra-state transfers, WV requires a quart of 'shine and two live chickens.2 points

It's that time of year. The first round is less than 2 weeks away. Who's in? Who's out? Who's waiting on their suspension? Who's not racing because they fucking knocked their wife up and she's due in the middle of race season? I'm in like Flynn. Probably won't be doing the Friday trackday but I'll be there Saturday and racing Sunday. I'll be doing the 600 sprints, and either the 750 GT or Mini 20 or both?1 point

Yeah the morning rush hour traffic to work sucks. I mean, it's a long hallway between my bedroom and office, and the dogs always seem to block it up. Takes like 10 seconds on a good day, but can be up to a minute or two if I have to pee.1 point

It used to be for it's time but now there are a few that are just as good if not better. The thing those lack vs the VFR...soul and character1 point

Aloha from the southernmost point of the state and prescription drug abuse capital of ohio! I am in Portsmouth. Do a lot of riding in Kentucky and the surrounding state parks. Been riding for quite a long time, been through many bikes. It's a passion. Anybody on here in my area? Any Buell love on here? And I'm assuming you can't post pictures from the mobile site? The site appears to be very limited through my iPhone. Anyways. Nice to meet you all and ride safe. -Goose1 point

I have purchased two bikes out of state. As long as they are clean titles all he will need to do is take the title, insurance card, and receipt to the DMV. After that he just needs to take it some place for an inspection sticker. Nothing to it. The inspection sticker is not required to license the bike.1 point
-
nothing special for you. He will probably not have a "safety" inspection, just a VIN inspection, to confirm that the title matches the vehicle that's being brought into the state. I did this for my F2 when I bought from a PA resident.1 point

Hi there, new forum member here from the central Ohio. Bought my first bike back in November, though I do have a bit of off road experience gained growing up. No racing, but growing up on 15 acres you can still learn some things (;1 point

Absolutely irresponsible not to change out break pads before hitting the pistons! jeeze what kind of bubbys you buy this from?!?!?! Looks a lot better man, good work!!1 point

Put me in the nay column fwiw, they may work, but I think a couple lead weights mounted on the wheel is better than a bunch of shit spinning around inside my tires. Car or dump truck? Whatever, my motorcycle that routinely goes over 100, no thanks.1 point

Cleveland has always been better than Columbus. Without OSU CBUS would be about nothing1 point

The ones on my cbr sucked. I just cut them all off and put new ones on the first time I removed the body work. So much easier and less hassle. I think a bag of replacements was $31 point
-
Better I don't know. Replacements can be had at O'RIELY OR ADVANCE auto parts a lot cheaper than oem at the dealer. Can't remember which one.1 point

The 2 you can't cut can be removed with a hot metal rod of appropriate size. I'm sure someone makes replacements.1 point

I tried eating potatoes for a month when I was unemployed and I'm cheap. I wasn't hungry, since I really couldn't poop for a month...1 point

I'm not even going to begin to critisize or try to point out what the kid is doing wrong because he's obviously not doing much wrong. He's not old enough to go to the buffet line at Golden Coral without a parent, not tall enough to ride 90% of the rides at Cedar Point or even touch the ground on an XR100 and he thru down a 55.8 without even trying. Passed me on the inside like it was his job and prob hasn't even had his first hard on yet. That kid has raw fucking talent. He doesn't need to get off the bike. Plenty of top GP guys don't get off the bike.1 point

And this its the problem we have in the inner cities. The poverty and lack of education now extends over three or four generations. We now have parents raised by people that know nothing else, know nothing else themselves and are raising children that will know nothing else. I don't know how to fix it.1 point

>> so the only reason you work is to eat? No. But, continue to provide for others in such a way that they have no actual need to provide for themselves and they will not only continuously have their hand extended in expectation of being provided for, they will teach their offspring to be successful in doing the same. .1 point

Don't make my mistake. I rode alone for the better part of 8 years before becoming active on a forum or trying to meet other riders (just not good at meeting people and only one of my friends had any real interest in riding). I feel I could have learned so much more had I met more people to learn from. You seem to be starting off right. And I'm sure there are people in your area willing and patient enough to take it easy and ride with you. Ride safe and welcome!1 point

Welcome and ditto on what Phil said above. Sounds like you've got your ego in check and a good attitude. Great way to start!1 point
