Only on HD bikes. It takes them from negative HP into the positive. Thought I would just turn this into another anti HD thread.3 points

I'll start this off by apologizing for not uploading a pic here, I'm using my phone and don't have a photobucket set up yet. With that said I'm Brad Toops, running around with a 03 Mustang gt that is stock minus X pipe and magnapacks. I was told about this site on the old sawmill hang out Facebook page. I have all intentions of building this car with the hopes of a reliable low 11 second street car. Just looking for other enthusiasts to get to know and bounce ideas off of for my car. It never hurts to be able to ask questions when there's so much knowledge on this forum. Hope to get to know some of ya2 points

I can't comment on noise because I always use ear plugs. But one very general rule of thumb is if they say it has a lot of ventilation, that usually means noisy, and vice versa. It's kind of obvious if you think about it. More ventilation = more wind = more wind noise.2 points

My name is Brandon. I live in Columbus, OH and heard about this place from a local on G8board. I drive a 2008 G8 GT with a handful of your standard bolt-ons. http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l263/fukaol13/IMAG0183_zpsd7090261.jpg1 point

JBot, basically the only new principle involved is that instead of power being generated by the relative motion of conductors and fluxes, it's produced by the modial interaction of magneto-reluctance and capacitive duractance. The original machine had a base plate of pre-famulated amulite surmounted by a malleable logarithmic casing in such a way that the two spurving bearings ran in a direct line with the panametric fan. The line-up consisted simply of six hydrocoptic marzul vanes so fitted to the ambaphascient lunar wain shaft that side fumbling was effectively prevented. The main winding was of the normal lotus-odeltoid type placed in panendurmic semi-bulloid slots of the stator, every seventh conductor being connected by a non-reversible tremmy pipe to the differential girdle spring on the up-end of the grammeters. Moreover, whenever fluorescent skor motion is required, it may also be employed in conjunction with the drawn reciprocation dingle arm, to reduce sinusoidal depleneration. The Scout has now reached a high level of development, and it’s being successfully used in the operation of Milford trunnions. It's available soon, wherever Indian products are sold.1 point

The first rule about VFR is u never sell a VFR Dont wait, go ahead and buy. Good build, perfect fit, even mechanically challenged guy like me could put it on fairly easy. I had to re adjust the cans with a tilt rather than perfect vertical oval to accommodate the luggage rack. If you go for the straight model i think its bit smaller and wont cause any issue. My only purpose was good sound for the video, and this serves it quite well. Performance i dont know, sure is 2-3 times lighter than stock Oh yea, all the cuts are from fairly relaxed riding, it will quite be a riot to hear close to red line i guess1 point

It supposedly causes more heat to evacuate with the exhaust gasses but idk. I think it's great for hiding ugly rusted or dented exhaust.1 point

Son's first birthday this Saturday, doing a pork butt or shoulder and maybe some ribs depending. Haven't had the smoker out in over a year so really looking forward to this. Going to go long and slow about 8=10hrs at 210-240 and hoping to keep steady at 220. Figure we'll have about 20-30 people and want to make it a hit. May even do some smoked baked beans, haven't done them before but considering it if there is room/time.1 point

+1That's where I started, but nothing beats first hand experience. My oval head fits best with HJC, Scorpion, and Bell. Bell being my first choice in terms of quality.1 point

The way I do mine is labor intensive but always come out great *Get nice fat jalapeños and cut them down the middle to make 2 boats. Core them and remove the seeds *make a mixture of cream cheese, already made pulled pork and your rub du jour *spoon in your mixture and wrap with a half slice of thick cut bacon secured with a toothpick *smoke for an hour or so in a foil pan *enjoy and be ready to make a shit ton more in the future1 point

Congrats to Brandon on his first TWO Expert wins! He won both 600 SBK races and now he and I are separated by one point in the championship. Should be a fun last two rounds! With 4 weeks until the next round I'm hoping my elbow will be good to go. Unfortunately, Ryan had a fairly bad off today and suffered some injuries. Let's hope he has a quick recovery. Im sure he knows that if he needs anything, we're here for him.1 point

As the saying goes... Buy the best gear you can afford. As stated previously, at least it was only cosmetic damage. Now it is time to get back in the saddle and shake it off.1 point

Our school system is adjacent to the city school system which just built a new high school and is finishing up building all new for the elementary and middle schools. So, our schools now want to build new. Instead of being considerate of upping taxes and build in stages so the cost is spread out, they instead want it all in one shebang, so the proposal will up our yearly taxes by over $400! Then they will ask for the parents to supply things like on the list the op showed. A few years back when my daughter had her kids in Circleville schools, she was given an even longer list of things to provide, then on top of that, a $25 per child fee was being required. Plus she had to pay school taxes on top of that. Talk about a real need for reform. These people running these schools need a run in with reality if you ask me.1 point

Tractor supply sells good food for cheap too. 30lb bags of grain free for $34. It's called 4health, look into it. Definitely look into food as the first thing to change.1 point

Likely a grade 8.8 metric M6 or M8. Penetrating oil bath and extractor kit would probably suffice, and gives you a reason to buy an extractor kit for any future issues. I like having reasons to buy new tools1 point

I would rather hang with the pirates than a bunch of squids on sportbikes doing whoolies, a buck ten on the freeway and passing on the double yellow line. Pirates are much safer and don't hurt anyone else.1 point
